Terms and Conditions of Bright Bytes Coding School

By enrolling in courses at Bright Bytes Coding School, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment and Payment

• Registration: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Fees: All fees must be paid prior to the start of the course.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available if cancellations are made 7 days prior to the course start date. No refunds are provided after the course begins.

2. Participation in Classes

• Course Levels: Courses are offered based on age and coding experience. Ensure that the chosen course aligns with the student's skill level.
• Attendance: Regular attendance is required. Missed classes may not be rescheduled.
• Equipment: Students must have access to a laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection for online courses.

3. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during lessons. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course without a refund.

4. Liability

Bright Bytes Coding School is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal property during in-person classes or online activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including coding projects and lessons, are the intellectual property of Bright Bytes Coding School. They may not be shared or distributed without permission.

6. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the course schedule, instructors, or venues. We will notify participants in advance of any significant changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled under Singaporean law.
